Plascon Bonding Liquid is a high-performance, resin-based binding agent and sealer designed to stabilise and prepare porous or friable surfaces before painting. This transparent green, matt liquid penetrates deeply into weak or powdery substrates, binding loose particles together to create a solid, paint-ready surface.

Formulated for both interior and exterior use, it is ideal for application on cement plaster, gypsum plaster, porous brick, concrete, and under-bound masonry. Its excellent penetrating properties make it especially effective on excessively porous or previously lime-washed surfaces, ensuring improved adhesion for subsequent coatings.

In addition to strengthening surfaces, Bonding Liquid acts as an alkali-resistant sealer, helping to prevent efflorescence and moisture-related issues while creating a stable base for primers and topcoats.
