Soudal Fill & Fix Foam EXP is a ready-to-use hand-held polyurethane expanding foam designed for filling, sealing, fixing, and insulating gaps and cavities. It offers high thermal and acoustic insulation, making it a practical choice for improving comfort and reducing unwanted air movement or sound transfer in suitable building areas.
The foam has excellent adhesion to most building surfaces and provides good stability once cured, with no shrinkage or post-expansion. It is ideal for general gap filling, sealing openings in roof constructions, filling cavities, and creating acoustic baffles. It is not suitable for PE, PP, or PTFE surfaces and is not UV-resistant.
