Plascon Brick Seal Exterior is a clear, solvent-based, siloxane water-repellent coating designed to protect unpainted masonry surfaces without altering their natural appearance. It penetrates deeply into porous materials such as brick, stone, concrete, and plaster, creating a protective barrier against moisture while allowing the surface to breathe.
 
Unlike traditional sealers that form a film, Brick Seal works within the pores of the substrate, lining them to repel water while maintaining airflow. This prevents moisture ingress, reduces staining, and protects against long-term structural damage such as cracking, spalling, and efflorescence.
